From individual projects to an end-to-end studio

I built a software studio that takes digital products from planning through launch and ongoing operation.

01Context

Custom development is the path from an unclear idea to a working product and its operation. I built my own studio to guide clients along that whole path.

02Problem

End-to-end delivery needs different skills and a dependable process. A team for a single launch is not enough; you need to plan, ship and support solutions.

03My contribution

I led architecture, development and technical management. The team took about three years to build, self-funded.

04Solution

I shaped the technical delivery and development process from project planning through operation. The studio brought together web development, corporate systems and integrations.

05Result

The studio became a full-cycle team and won major long-term clients. One such project is a corporate platform I continue to develop as an external contractor.

06Takeaway

I moved from solving individual technical problems to building a team and process capable of owning a digital product’s full lifecycle.
