01Context

From 2017 to 2021, I built and developed the digital platform of a large wholesale B2B business. More than 10,000 people used it every day; behind the interface were dozens of systems and connected processes.

02Problem

A subsystem on its own does not solve much if data gets stuck between systems. The challenge was to connect internal processes, ERP and product labelling while keeping the platform part of daily business operations.

03My contribution

I worked as a senior full-stack developer and project manager: designing and building subsystems, handling data exchange and advancing digital initiatives.

04Solution

I built a data-exchange ecosystem, integrated ERP and Russia’s Chestny Znak product-labelling system, and developed more than 50 back-office systems. I also advocated for a B2B storefront.

05Result

The platform remained in operation after my staff role ended. I continue the collaboration as an external contractor through my own studio. Its scale: 50+ systems and over 10,000 daily users.

06Takeaway

I connected processes and data so that every new subsystem fitted into the company's overall working loop.
